Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit amount.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified methods.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may take up to 14 days to be credited to your account.
Check-In and Check-Out Check-In Time: 10:00 AM Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the reception to make arrangements.
Occupancy Limits: Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be adhered to. Extra guests may incur additional charges.
Identification: Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in for all guests.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or furnishings during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
Admission: Entry to the waterpark is included for resort guests. Day passes are available for non-resort guests.
Safety Rules: Guests must adhere to all posted safety rules and instructions from lifeguards and staff. Running, diving, and rough play are not permitted.
Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Swimwear with metal rivets, buttons, or zippers is not allowed on the slides.
Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available for rent.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the resort operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
